Hi Everyone at Melro, Just had another delivery from you guys (now 3x35,000 litres) another great looking unit. Once again Allan was superman, fitted a size 10 tank through a size 9 gate (no room to squeeze with a stone gate). Took the time to shuffle the load and did it without a mark on the tank Happy to go the extra mile for the customer, never a hint that it might be too hard! "Just a quick note to let you know how we went with our delivery last Friday. Alan arrived at our gate on time to deliver two 35,000 litre tanks. Nothing unusual about this. The problem was that the tanks did not appear to fit through the gate which is flanked by two stone columns. Obviously not one to give up easily, Alan, with our help, managed to squeeze the truck and trailer through the opening, repositioning the tanks a number of times along the way. This enabled him to drop the tanks nearly a kilometre away inside the property. A lesser man would have offloaded outside the gate leaving us with a massive task of moving them into the property. As a business owner with many staff, I would like to thank Alan for his efforts. He displays qualities which Melro should be extremely proud of. Very rare these days."
